To our dear Santa Clarita friends,
Over 7 years ago, we chose this community to call home. And we thought hard about why. We didn’t end up here by accident. It wasn’t an afterthought.
We chose to build a life and a family here in Santa Clarita because it’s extraordinary.
The way people show up for each other in this community is as inspiring as it is contagious. The way people care about the greater good of their neighbors is rare. And the gratitude we feel to live here has never been stronger.
This community is not simply home to incredible people; it helps build better people, too. And we consider it an honor and a privilege to be part of.
In the wake of Thursday’s tragedy, our hearts and loved ones have been deeply affected. As a community, we are united in our love for each other, and we are reminded to hold our friends and family a little closer. Surrounded by equal measures of pain and strength, we’re not sure how this tragedy will change us.
If there’s one thing we know for sure, however, it’s that this extraordinary community will rally around the hurt and provide strength to the frightened. We will move forward with the same love and support that’s become a defining characteristic of our home.
We will show up for each other.
Today and always, our hearts are with the families who’ve been affected. We offer our love, support and solidarity as we stand by our community in this difficult time. If there’s anything we can do to return the support you all have shown us over the years, please reach out to us. We love and care about you all.
We love you, Santa Clarita.
