Sure, we spent more time sharing our screens than we did sharing a good meal with friends. Yes, in cooperation with a statewide lockdown, we had to close the doors to our brand new studio immediately after a beautiful Grand Opening ceremony. We also welcomed a new junior photographer to our team, just months before photography became classed as a “non-essential business.”

BUT we also figured out safe ways to continue capturing our clients’ most precious milestones. We kept our team strong and survived the shutdown together. And we even began work on our very first Charity Photography Exhibition, which will be displayed in Westfield Valencia Town Center when it reopens.

At home, we spent more quality time, just the two of us, than we had in years. We re-learned how to slow down and take a break when we had to. We tried new recipes from cookbooks we’d been too busy to open. And we finished projects around the house that had been gathering dust on our wish lists.

A lot has changed this year, and most of it wasn’t easy. But we still found moments of love and joy along the way. More than anything, this year has reminded us how incredibly grateful we are to be healthy, safe and in business.

And that’s all because of you!

Without your love and support, our business would not be here today – especially in a year like this one. It’s because of you that we are still able to do what we love in a community we cherish. With every booking or comment on social media, we feel a fresh wave of gratitude that you are continuing to support us, when we know times are hard for everyone. It means the absolute world to us, and we will continue to do our very best to safely support our clients, their families and their businesses in 2021 and beyond.

By pulling together, we’re getting through this tough year and looking toward a brighter 2021, and that’s what we will continue to focus on. We hope you do, too.

Until then, we wish you a safe and happy holiday with your loved ones – whether on screen or in person – as we all say goodbye to 2020 and toast to the beginning of a new year!

Cheers!
