Kirsten QuinnProfessional Portrait, Video, Visual branding, Visual Marketing

Our new SchlickArt Visual Marketing Video Series teaches you how to shoot high-quality marketing photos and video from home – with just a smartphone.

Many of you are familiar with our SchlickArt Visual Marketing Presentation, a complimentary educational workshop that teaches local professionals how to create powerful visual marketing with just a smartphone and a few affordable accessories. Since we cannot offer this presentation in person right now, we decided to record the entire presentation and break it down into a fun and easy video series!

We’re super excited to announce the launch of our SchlickArt Visual Marketing Video Series on YouTube – and the first few segments are already available!

This series will teach you how to use your smartphone to create professional, engaging visual marketing by yourself from home. Learn how to look good on camera, find the best lighting, compose a strong shot, script an engaging message and tons more! We cover everything you need to create marketing photography and video you love from the comfort of your home.

Why You Need To Keep Marketing

Visual marketing video series, Learn visual marketing, Visual marketing, visual marketing in Santa Clarita, Santa Clarita visual marketing, visual marketing education, visual marketing tips, learn visual marketing in santa clarita, schlickArt studios We decided to make this series available to the public because – marketing is more important than ever right now. It’s one of the few things you have control over, and it’s one of the few tools you have to keep your business in the game.

We know how tempting it is to hide away, watching Netflix in your pajamas, but no matter how entertaining “Tiger King” might be, we need to remember to keep marketing our businesses.

Here’s why:

  1. Stay relevant.

Staying top of mind is imperative, whether you’re an essential or non-essential business, or building a personal brand.

If you’re still working and open for business, you need to remind people of your services and promote your products because every sale counts right now

If you’re a non-essential business with closed doors, you can use this opportunity to be a community voice while your competition goes quiet. Stand out by continuing to educate and connect with people. That way, they’ll remember you when business reopens and all the noise starts up again.

  1. Demonstrate your value.

As we move forward, it’s going to be increasingly important to demonstrate your value. If you’re employed or in the job market, you’ll want to position yourself as competitively as possible.

If you’re a business owner or entrepreneur, you want to be as important as possible to your customer base. Many people have been financially impacted by this health crisis, and they’re currently evaluating their spending habits. They may decide to spend their money differently, and that’s why you need to be communicating your value as often as possible.

Solidify your client relationships and your network by keeping in touch. Define your message, then share it often and in different ways. Use your content to show bosses or customers how you make a difference for them. Let people know why you love what you do.

  1. Communicate changes.

If things aren’t business as usual for you, make sure you’re communicating that to your audience. Many businesses have had to pivot their business models, policies, marketing strategies and communications. Tell your audience about those changes. Keep educating your client base so they feel informed and connected. Let them know they can count on you – even amid crisis.
